avon
had paid my avon account 2016 then received a call from avon saying im owing the account ,i then sent proof of payment then 4yrs later received a call from SSDA tellimg me i have been handed over ,still i sent proof of payment and have been sending emails to prove i dont owe the account up until today my name is flagged ,this is not fair because iv never ever owed these guys always had my payments on time now i cant even apply for my personal things

had spoke to palesa regarding paid up letter and my name being flagged ,she said i will be responded within 24hours yet when i called Thandiswa she says the is no letter requested on this account .i feel you guys are really being unfair because the last time i had any contact,orders or anything with regards to avon was on 2016 worst of all i have never ever missed any payments or owed you guys whatsoever yet im being listed
