Avon are *******

In 2019 I allowed my friend to open up an an account with avon using my ID number but she did not follow through with the payments leaving me in debt of R900. I went along and paid the amount of R925. 18 reflecting on my credit score on 25/03/2020, however due to a mistake I didn't put the correct reference number and now my credit score still has a debt that I know I paid which is frustrating. I have been emailing back and forth with Avon finance team but no one seems to help or know their job. I am disgusted by this service and have even stopped buying their products from other representatives.
