Avon allowed people to use my account

On the third week of March this year I received a call from Avon, a consultant asked me if I still want Avon *** I told her to close the account. On the 18th of March 2016 I received an order up date SMS that surprised me because I did not place any orders, as far as I know I have asked for my account to be closed apparently it was not closed felt like I'm forced to keep the account. Delivery people called me three times I told them to return back the orders to Avon since I did not place any orders. I called Avon several times one day a consultant answered my call then I explained the situation to her, she then told me to hold I did hold for more than 15 minutes without any assistant. On the 23 March I've send an email to [Email Removed] just got an automatic reply. Avon has never contacted me regarding the matter all I get from them is credit SMS's. Avon gave people permission to use my account without my concern Avon please close my account I don't know who is using my account without my permission . Please close my account that's all I am asking for.
