Avon - Accounting Department

Avon's accounting system sucks. I informed them in 2018 I want to close my consultants account. Due to retirement. When I asked as to how the R500 deposit refund works - no reply. So my last order was about R420. Which makes the offset easy(I thought). It's now 2021. SSDA PHONES ME 70 X 7 DAILY. Claiming my account is nou a cool 700 + rand. So is this where Avon's shareholding is, in SSDA? And is the keeping of the deposits their passive income. For the life of me can I not reach Avon's accounting office to rectify this matter.
