Avon Account is messing up my score

I was one of the Avon representatives back in 2019 and since I've been with them I know no peace, I don't owe Avon a cent I have paid the account I had with them since 2021 to this day Avon refuses to close the account on their side and it keeps accumulating charges that I have to pay now and then, I have been going from pillar to post, different departments with regards to my account being closed but still no help. Now my account is active on the bureau and since well its a credit card it's been messing up my score. I have called and email all their department but no single is willing to assist me close the account and send the enquiry to the bureaus to update.
