Someone opened Avon account using my ID number and i sent all tge required documents to Avon but still then yet. I saw that there is an account that was opened after doing my credit score report. This account is affecting my credit score so badly

04 Feb 2021, 07:58The problem is that, i submitted all the required documents the respond i got was that "we are still investigating". They do not even provide an update as to where they are with investigations.
