Avon ****

I feel violated. I am being harassed by a debt collectors company claiming I owe an Avon account which I have never signed up for. My question is how did Avon acquire my personal information and my ID ?? Furthermore how was an account opened and how were purchase being made without my authorisation. This is ******* and needs to be dealt with ASAP. I am sick and tired of this sort this matter out . Unacceptable.
