avon

I am very upset and I curse the day I joined this company I have been with them for years . This is the 1st time I am experiencing this and my life has been ruined and I have judgment on my name for something that I had no control over .

In October 2019 I ordered from avon my order came with some staff missing , I called avon notified avon they told me to send documents and which I did and was waiting for their feedback and they didn't say anything instead they added R50.00 on what ever I was owing . until January when I received a message that I must pay them a certain amount that included the amount of the items I didn't get and I called them again and they promised to sort it out and only in march I received a message that the account was fixed in april I payed them their amount in full 770 and I was late only to find out that I was listed on itc there is a judgement on my name . I app**** for a home loan that was declined due to that .I fail to understand how can they list me while their credit department had my query and still working on it and was waiting for them to fix my account and pay them . when I noticed my account was on itc I emailed themon the 24 april and was told my email was send to the admin department to fix this till today I haven't heard anything from them . today I called them and was told they will log it with itc that will take 21 working days and a settlement letter that will call be emailed to me within 24 hours .

avon is really ruining people life that must stop this is not on . I demand an apology from them before I take this further .
