Atrocious service -

This company has a terrible call centre who are not even equipped to process a call or get someone to assist is impossible, Asking for a manager and the agent tells you he will get into trouble if he calls a manager. 2nd agent does not even know how speak incredibly rude and arrogant. i have to go through all of this just because i want a refund of the money that i paid. Not their own money but my money
