Arrears

I never had an account with avon justine but on my bureau profile it shows that i have arrears with you, i did take it up with the ***** department since 2023 i even re submitted in 10/2024 they sent me an email stating that all is well my name has been cleared but when i did a bureau enquiry last week its still there, 21 days has long passed can someone pls help
