Accounts department,sales and debtreview department please do your Job

I am very very annoyed and disappointed by Avon Justine sales consultant, Account and debt review department. I have been sending emails from last year to date I'm still not getting help, it's really tiring.

What I've been requesting is the prescribe letter or the balance letter with banking details if my account is not prescribe as yet, I called Sicelo Mvuso, he promised me that the manager by the name of Ntombi Hlezi will contact me, I am still waiting.

I did attach the letter from debt review that my account with them has been suspend so Avon Justine must deal with this matter. It's more that 4 years now I haven't been help I can't buy or get other jobs because of this matter please please do something about this (***)
