Hi there

I am told by the agent that I had ordered R250 brochures. It was the first time I`ve ordered on line and first mistake hence the big order mistake.

I then sent out an email to get assistance in returning the boxes.I received an email back that they regret that returned brouchers will not be credited.I mean it`s R900.00 worth of books that I mistakenly ordered.I cannot afford to pay. I had decided to place my orders on line because I used to struggle to get my orders through my Team Leader because it was either my orders were wrong or short.I have had trouble and was given about for managers numbers to speak to with no assistance.

I am sitting now with boxes full of 250 brochures and I dont what to do if them. Your urgent response will be appreciated as I will be going on leave and I will limited to none internet access.
