7 Days Without no update no Reply I have never ever seen such poor, bad, low quality service

It has been more than 7 days and I still have not gotten a reply back with who used my details with out my permission, they refused to remove me from their systems as they say they are doing an investigation of which my credit Score has a bad rating and they are doing nothing about it.

Bottom Line is someone from Avon Justine put in my details on their systems is it that hard to take it off and remove me from bad credit rating.

Avon Justine's Service Providing is pathetic, I have never ever seen such poor, bad, low quality service it gives us a reflection of their management and the business.

They didnt even provide me with a reference number.

Everytime I call they say that the ***** department does not take calls.
