2months of Nothing

My name is nobuhle mzinyane. A consultant... In DEC 9 I paid for my orders to the total of ..R2323.00 I have never received my order.. After numerous calls to Justine...after endless emails...after so many lies ... They finally told me that my order was never invoiced..... After they told me that the driver found no one in my house on the 28th...which it proves it was a lie....because they say it was never invoiced. ... Lastly on 16 Jan I got an SMS.stating that they invoiced my order on the 12th of Jan...I waited for the delivery...there was nothing...I informed my manager....this morning she told me that the driver gave someone my order.when that person is called..she said she is in.eastern cape....I'm disgusted and disappointed... My collegeus will look at me as a ****...people have been waiting for their orders since December. Its a lot of money ..I've lost on top I owe my customers their money.... I have lost faith in Justine.. So disappointing.... I suspect *****... With your courier guys...usually a person who delivers for me..he calls me when he is outside....as far as I know...I was never contacted.my e-mail [Email Removed]
