1month later no product no refund

I placed an order with Justine on 14 Dec. I paid. On 16 Dec. Never received my product. I requested a refund on 6th of Jan and still no product or refund. It's a month later and still nothing. This is super bad to non existant customer service. I won't recommend buying to anyone. This is not an agent problem it's a HO problem.
