Theft and rude staff

Posting this on.behalf of my mother: Alert!! Safety and security concerns in Avianto Hotel in Krugersdorp I stayed in Avianto Hotel in Krugersdorp for the period 23 to 27 June 2019 whilst facilitating a youth capacity building workshop. On the night of the 24th June 2019 ********* accessed suite 34 that i was occupying through a door in the living area that was left opened behind a huge curtain (not easy to notice) because whoever left it opened drew the curtain so that the unsuspecting guest could not notice. They got in about midnight between 22h00 and 04h00 as i slept about 10h00 and woke up about 04h00 to discover that somebody has tempered with my possessions that were in the living are and ****** my valuables. I immediately informed the hotel and an employee on duty tried to call my phone which was among the ****** valuables and it was already on voicemail. I requested to see the footage but Gert Bosman the general manager denied access until i left the hotel on the 27th of June 2019 as i was to travel overseas immediately after the event i was facilitating. He pro.ised to call the police to investigate the incident whilst i was still there which he never did. He promi*** to at least replace my phone which he never didi. He promised to save the footage and get it delivered to my house which he never did. His dodgey attitude and refusal with the footage says it all about crime and security in that hotel. I bought another phone and did a SIM swapp. Somebody using a number 060 that has been traced to Avianto Hotel is sending derogatory swearing and threatening messages. He calls himself John but the number is traced uto belong to Patricia. Two names Patricia and John all mentioned dodgely by the owner of the number 060... These are surely Avianto Hotel personnel. Gert Bosman knows who they are he knows they are irresponsibly using guest information to harass and threaten guests . He refuses with the footage because he knows who the ********* are. ********* entering a suite when a guest is sleeping can **** or **** and Gert Bosman is not taking responsibility for that because he does not care what happens to guests as long as the Avianto Hotel still gets business. Refusal to show the footage says it all. Delaying tactics in taking any action to fight crime in that hotel says it all. Staying in Avianto Hotel is at your own risk. People should be careful of places like Avianto Hotel before they their relatives or someone they know is robved of their valuables, ****d or ****ed. Guest information and contact details are confidential. Patricia (060..) from Avianto Hotel is however using such information to harass guests and Gert Bosman and the Avianto Hotel management do not see anything wrong with that. They defend ********* They hide footage. Anyone can book themselves and their families or groups in Avianto Hotel but should at least know the security risk of staying there and how ******** and unprofessional activities are defended and condoned by the management especially by the general manager Gert Bosman.
