BIGGEST MISTAKE CHOOSING AVIANTO WEDDING VENUE

Aviantos initial sales pitch is great. Their reception area cannot take instructions. The coordinator is good at talking but useless on the day of the event. Honeymoon suite electricity keeps tripping. One of my guests had to move 3 times because of electricity issues. We viewed the banquet hall and loved the warm rustic colour. Avianto decided to do renovations, the hall WAS NOT ready and the venue was incomplete. It was completely white which clashed with our colour theme. It was just pathetic. Absolutely horrible. Special request for halaal guests crockery/cutlery was given to their *********** reception with CLEAR instructions to give to the coordinator. Because of their incompetency to follow instructions they will say IT WAS NOT LABELLED. Hello, i dont need to label if your reception said we understand. I have an email i sent to Helen the owner if anyone wants to read it. I made an appointment to call her the 2nd time, voicemail. I emailed her again asking for her to call me. Doesnot respond. Avianto is a beautiful venue but very badly managed. They just have good sales pitch and extremely poor customer sevice. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AS I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY FOR MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING. Once they get your money, they dont give a ****
