AVIANTO REFUSES TO PAY R22000 DEPOSIT BACK

We booked avianto for our wedding but due to covid and after effects of the pandemic my fiance lost his job meaning we couldnt afford paying for Avianto anymore so we cancelled more than 4 months before the weding but we were told they will not refund us unless someone secures the date again .Those are just pathetic terms especially given the fact that we cancelled on time .Theirt staff Enes and Taryn were very rude on emails .I will never recommend avianto to anyone especially for wedding. How do you refuse to refund a whole R 22 000??????????? PATHETIC AND I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED.
