Worse Ever!!!!

I placed and paid for my order on 6 January 2026. As of 28 January 2026, the only feedback received was a generic message saying, “Be patient, we are working on your order.”

No meaningful updates, no estimated delivery time, and no effort to communicate properly. Completely unacceptable service.
