Terrible Service – Avoid This Online Store

This online shop is absolutely useless. I ordered a JBL speaker and was told delivery would take 3 days. A week has passed and still nothing. Their support team is just as useless — they take forever to respond, and when they finally do, all they say is “waiting for the supplier.”

When you try to cancel, they warn you that a refund will take 21–30 days, which is unacceptable.

Stay away from this website. Rather pay a bit more on reputable sites where you actually get your order and proper customer service.
