PLEASE BE AWARE OF AVEADE.COM

I since ordered the 4-step ladder on the 24 July paid for the item and delivery to this day no one contacted me and whenever I try to lodge a query via their app no one respond and no contacts to get hold of them. The only time i got a message was the first 7 days by the name of the guy identified as William and no contacts attached. He said they waiting for a payment to clear since they are using Bidvest Bank and its taking time to clear. So i say to everyone out there Aveade is a Sh**t ghost company am not sure if they human being working there may be its machine. No Delivery/No refunds no nothing however the order remained opened.
