Order not fulfilled and no refund received after 5 months.

I placed my order # *** on the 20th November 2025. I received a mail the next day advising that the item does not exist and that it was just used for POS training. I was advised that my order amount will be converted into points to use on something else. I rep****, within 7 days and said that I don't need points and would like a refund. After numerous follow up mails and threats to go to social media, I am now posting this everywhere. I NEED MY REFUND IN CASH.
