Non delivery of online order

I ordered an item via their online facility on the 4th December 2023. The item was paid for via their online credit card option. I received their payment confirmation and order confirmation via email. It is more than two weeks and the item has still not been delivered. I have left countless telephone messages as well as messages on their online contact facility to provide me with an update of the delivery that has todate not been carried out. They have made no attempt to contact me on my cell phone or via my email address. They have my money but I still dont have the item ordered. Absolutely frustrating with zero customer service.

I will definitely not recommend them to anyone and suggest those wanting to order items from them to rather go to other more reputable online stores.
