No way to contact Aveade to resolve an issue of undelivered item

on the 20th o May 2026, I ordered two items and paid or the items plus an extra mount that was added. I thought that covered an early delivery.

I got an email that the order of one of my items has been placed successfully. I went back to the website to check; it showed that the other item was awaiting payment. I logged a call sine there seem to be no way to contact Aveade especially telephonically.

Strangely enough the item that showed as outstanding was delivered, but the one that was placed successfully has not been paid up to today.

My call was responded to after 7 days according to their website. No one attempted to call or even email me. The response was that I should contact their sales via email, which is useless as emails to the given email address ails to send.

All I need is a phone call to help me resolve this issue.
