no refund as requested

We wrote a review on hellopeter 18 February regarding Aveade group and an order we placed (order #***), this order was never delivered. Aveade rep**** via email (***) 18 February offering an alternate product, we then rep**** back to them on (***) as they requested on 19 February requesting rather for a full refund, as opposed to selecting an alternate product.

Today is 10 March, and we have not as yet received any refund
