Do yourself a favour and stay away from Aveade.com

Ordered Books from Aveade.com, which was listed as 'In Stock'. Heard nothing from the seller, even after contacting them after the 7 day delivery period had lapsed. The seller just does not respond to the messages. Contacting Aveade.com who said the items are out of stock at the seller's supplier. They offered to give us points to our account which can be used on Aveade.com for other purchases. We asked for a fund of the money. It is now more than 2 weeks later and no fund yet and they have not responded to our emails. We also have not received the 'point' they offered. We will now contact our Credit Card provided for a chargeback for goods not delivered. Do yourself a favour and just avoid Aveade.com completely.
