Bad Bad Bad experience Aveade.com is a no go area

You hear about Aveade.com you run away and never look back. Tried to purchase an iPhone for my wife's birthday on black Friday specials turns out that there was an error of pricing on their catalog i requested for a refund since December 2nd even today I haven't got my refund on the other hand my money for my wife's birth day all gone. Now they not answering my emails even worse. Any one with legal advice with such?
