Worst service ever experienced

My Mother In Law passed away on the 2nd of August 2017. We had to phone them several times requesting the death certificate. After several calls to them we eventually got the death certificate as well as completed forms from Home Affairs with a lot of mistakes on the Home Affairs paperwork. Her age, address were wrong. Who is responsible to make sure that the info is correct??? It is the 18th today and we are still waiting for the ashes and called since Monday requesting this, again promises but no service. We were promised the ashes today and again excuses that there was no electricity, the excuse that the ashes is still not in our possession. Not even a call to explain the problem. Not once did AVBOB call us to put our minds at ease. Just got a call now (first call from AVBOB) at 16:30 with another excuse that the person responsible for collecting the ashes is stuck in traffic. Will never recommend AVBOB to anybody ever. Disgusted with their service in a grieving time of mourning the loss of a loved one.
