Worst service Ever

My Uncle passed away on Thursday, we went to Avbob Tembisa branch to claim, the funeral was set for Tuesday. still no funds from Avbob, when we called their H/O we were told there is no claim. we went to the branch in Tembisa where we claimed, and found that the lady who took the claim , left it on her desk and did nothing. she never arrived at work and truly am disgusted the level of service your Tembisa branch has. Why hire *********** people in the first place, if a claim is made, it means URGENT, the fact that she went home and left work without filing the claim, this shows that she is not competent to do her job period. my whole family is based in Tembisa, and we all have Avbob [remiums, I feel better to leave Avbob and go somewhere else, even local funeral parlours are better.
