Worst service Avbob whiteriver

My husband past away on the 26th of March, after a lot of phone calls to get death certificate, I finally received it yesterday via email, they said that my husband would be creamated this week on Wednesday or Thursday, with no luck it didn't happend, now they say maybe next week Wednesday or Thursday, I phoned head office today, the agents was all busy, so I left my nr to phone me back with no luck, it is 10days today 😭, when avbob send 1 person to come and get my husband's body me and my daughter had to help, whe put him in a plastic bag, and tie the bag so that my daughter and the driver could carry him down stairs to the car, how could people be so un human. I an still waiting for the quote to say what the the estimate for the funeral. I am at a loss for words I just want to lay my husband to rest. Dont use Avob Whiteriver.
