Worst funeral service I have encountered.

I have had the worst experience with Avbob with the funeral of my husband. I chose Avbob to give my husband a dignified send off and paid cash. The first problem I had was the day before the funeral, I got a message from the person in charge of that branch that the funeral pamphlets had more extra inserts and that I need to pay an additional fee. That I didn't mind doing, because I wanted things in the pamphlets that I knew would probably cost more, but she sent me her personal banking details saying that my account had already been closed at Avbob because I had paid the same day we arranged the funeral and I cannot pay into Avbob's account after it has been closed. So I paid to her personal account so they won't keep the pamphlets from me the next day. But I kept all proof. The day of the funeral I went in for the viewing, before I got to the viewing room I saw the pamphlets on the counter at reception and noticed that they had the birthyear incorrect on the pamphlets as well as a load of spelling errors, I wasn't given a copy to proofread before they were printed, even after I asked her if she needed anything else from me and she didn't answer me. So I paid extra, as well as the money into her personal account for pamphlets I couldn't use. When I phoned she said she had given my husbands young daughter a copy to proof, I want to know why I wasn't given one seeing as I paid for the funeral and Avbob's policy clearly states the customer would get a copy to proof before printing, rather than expecting something like that from his young daughter already grief stricken.

While I was on the phone trying to get hold of the lady about the pamphlets the rest of the family went to the viewing area, they immediately became hysterical, I went back to see what the problem is, the people getting everything ready for the viewing clearly didn't even check that everything was in order before sending the family in. He didn't look good at all, he was blue and there was blood running from his nose onto his cheecks, how is this in any way dignified? How is it acceptable for his wife, elderly father and close family to see that as the last image to remember him by? After being ******ed they go and traumatize the family while at it? Aren't they supposed to make everything look as natural as possible for the family with make-up and so on? I have tried submitting complaints, sending emails, phoning, social media, you name it. And I don't get response from Avbob. I would like to know if this is how Avbob likes to portray their public image? I chose one of the biggest names in funerals because I thought I would get professional service.
