Worried
I have a savings policy with avbob since 2016. I went to their branch to surrender on the 28th of oct. They told me it will pay off within 7days. 17th october i haven't got my money. When i do a follow up, im being told systems is down or they cant find my documents. I keep on sending them but still i ddnt get my money.
