We're here for you more than a joke

Its a pity im forced to give them any stars at all. On the eve of burying my grandmother after an entire week of promises to pay out there is still no payment. I don't know how im expected to bury. I am grieving...covid arrangements make it very very difficult as it is. My granny passed away a week now still nothing from them. So much for we're here. I've phoned not less than 5times already. Do not dare take a policy with Avbob...its sad i cant even leave after they hv very faithfully debited my account for more than a year now For heavens sake can someone sort this out please ....i am here begging u to do yo work
