Week 6 and still no idea where my mother is or when she will be cremated.

Disgusting service, my mother passed on 15 July 2021 and still no cremation. Leon at the Roodepoort office responds as he sees fit and gets back to you when he wants to. I have no idea where my mothers body currently is or when it will be cremated. Can someone advise me on who to contact to get this matter resolved?
