My Father in Law passed away on 02/01/2016. We called the listed number of AVBOB for assistance and funeral arrangements and got a SMS response of:<br> \Sorry we missed your call, we will get back to you asap. Avbob.\"<br> <br> WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL!<br> <br> Needless to say, the remains were picked up and the funeral arranged by a MUCH more helpful and prompt funeral group."
