Was not paid death vlaim

Pliz be aware of Avbob they are ****ing ppl I took a policy ,started deduction on 25 May 2021 my son died on 23 May 2021 on car accident but they never paid me they said commencement date was 1 june but when I took the policy their rep told me dat the policy become active after first deduction and that there is no waiting period for accident...so I expected them to pay me since my son died on car accident, please do away with them because they will let u down during difficult times I will also publicize them on isolezwe and on other newspapers soon and on all social networks
