Waiting for money and no feedback receiced

On the 14/01/2016 i went to Avbob in town ( Johannesburg ) to cancel my policy and the lady at reception told me that the money will be in my account after 7 days, that days passed without any notice in my bank account. Then i decided to go back again on the 29/01/2016 when i get there my forms where not submitted she told me that head office requested another letter and she promised me that the money will be in my account on tuesday 02/02/2016 and nothing is reflecting. So please lets update clients if there is any changes in their form not keeping quite and giving bad service. I wanted to do life cover with AVBOB but now im scared that my beneficiary will go same route that i went AVBOB.
