Very poor service

I was at avbob at Engcobo Eastern Cape. The service i received was very poor, The agent that was assisting myself and my family with our policies made so many monetary errors and when we returned to him to fix the errors, we received once again another bad service from them. They also made a errors on the obituary (wrote incorrect death year). I felt tortured by those people and they wasted our time and money. There were not even apologetic when we approached them about the errors
