Very dissatisfied

I had a policy with avbob a while back and cancelled it and they kept deducting money. I then took it up and they paid back some of the money . The other day I went into the avbob office in roodepoort and I had to produce a bank statement and my I'd they then said that they will be refunding me I been waiting for almost 3weeks and still haven't received anything. It's not a lot but with this hole epidemic the country is going threw everybit helps I would like to get my money.
