Very Bad service from AVBOB
I was surprised to learn that avbob will not help you even if you have a policy with them if the deceased Commited suicide. How in the world are we as a family support to bury our loved ones yes Loved once they may have taken their own life but the soul was loves it's just unfortunate they had to do this way now what avbob is saying is that we must see what to do with our person do take out loan to bury the person who are they to judge and why do they feel so strong need to punish the Family further the policy was taken for unforseen circumstances like this I am so hurt it not even funny

04 Feb 2022, 12:59Yes one of your agents called me and she explained about why the policy won't be paying.....but I still don't understand because I just can't figure out why is suicide not regarded as a tragic death just like an accident or someone being shot....there is Never someone who wakes up and decide that I am killing my self today...in this country we still have a long way to go as long as we do not recognise that Mental illness is something we need to deal with and address in our society... instead of blaming the deceased and punishing the family by not paying out claims waiting period or not....I see it as unfair and cruel REMEMBER THE FAMILY is already beating themselves up for not noticing the deceased needed help
