Very bad service from Avbob

Very poor service from Avbob, quite disappointing. One cannot claim online, you must go to the branch for a claim which is time consuming. You go to the branch and days later head office tells you documents have not been loaded on the system. Funeral has come and gone, and funds have not yet been paid; no one even bothers to call and apologize.
