5years ago i took out a policy with avbob I was called by one of your consultants who sold me a cash back funeral policy. Now 5 years later when it's time to pay me my cash back you telling me that i never took out a cash back policy but the consultant clearly told me its cash back you can listen to the voice recording. I'm a pensioner i always paid my policies on time now you want to **** me
