Utterly disapointed and lost faith in AVBOB, all talk, but they dont deliver

I **** even know where to being with how disappointed I am with the service I got from AVBOB, you say "when you are in need, call AVBOB and they will answer" how ironic, that was not the case with me.

My husband passed away in December and to date the claim has not been paid, we are really nog getting no joy from your services. We take out policies to relieve the financial burden and to also have peace of mind, but that not what we got from AVBOB. Now I'm wearing mourning clothes and every time I go to the AVBOB branches they take me from pillar to post and I cant even mourn my husband in peace.

what is more frustrating is that I informed you guys that my husband has passed away and you had promised that you will remove him from the policy, but to my surprise you are still debiting his contribution, but you fail to pay.....what nonsense it this...
