Useless Customer Service Centre ever!!!
Two days ago I have received a message that claims to be from Avbob notifying me that there is a possible cashback on my policy. So, being cautious, I thought I should contact them to verify the SMS.
So I called the customer service number on the day I received the SMS, I was kept holding on the line for more than 30 minutes with no one taking my call. After that, I decided to to press 1 so that they can call me back but nobody did. I phoned again on the following day, an agent picked-up but transferred my call, I don't know where or to and I was holding for over 45 minutes without help. I decided to hang-up because calls to their useless centre are charged at standard call rates.
Avbob call center is just *******!!!
