Useless Avbob

Avbob deserves a 0. Poor customer service and poor handling of complaints. Their service department is useless. A policy was **********ly opened in my name. I went to avbob newcastle branch to report it on the 6th of June 2022. I was told my policy would take 6 weeks to cancel. It's 3 months later and still no cancelation. I called them today and was told I will receive an sms when the policy has been canceled. I received my payslip today which showed that they will continue to debit even this month. This is unacceptable.
