************, dishonest and horrible Avbob

A couple of weeks back I complained about Avbob regarding my mother's policy, policy No:AL***X8. Avbob simply refuses to assist my mother regarding accidental claim. To show how ************ Avbob is; someone called my Mom after I complained to hellopeter. They promised to get back to her but they didn't. Instead, they sent, via mail, the very same documents she had in her possession. I am appalled at the arrogance and ignorance of Avbob! They are ************ and downright dishonest!
