Unprofessional Consultant

I was on the line with AVBOB Consultant by the name of Pontsho and another consultant and I was kept on the line for a combination of 25 minutes without any help at time 11:33-11:39 My call aimed to find out which policy did not go through and his tone was condescending and unwilling to assist. and during the call as I was trying to explain the reason for my call, he hung up on me. I need the call to be reviewed and a formal apology from him with regard to his behavior. if he insists on working he must say and not treat clients like they are benefiting for free
