Unprofessional Avbob with ******** agents

I reported a ********** policy from Avbob that i discovered last month and they had deducted R547 from my salary. They requested me to fill in some forms and sent them back and i did that, i got my payslip today and again they deducted my money. How can they not stop or cancel the policy the very same time when you report *****? Unless its their way of making money out of our hard earned salaries. They have not even responded after sending them the documents
