<p>Hi I'm Thabisa Sinentsika Dike Bukula,I submitted a claim to one of your East London offices just after 11 on Wednesday last week and was told that your claims are paid within 72hours,guess what I still have not received a cent and when I followed up yesterday,I was told that it's still being assessed,my sister submitted on the same day with me at your aliwal north offices and she got paid on Saturday,please explain to me what is holding up my claim,I cannot do anything now for the funeral preparations and I never gave you hassles on the premium but now I'm struggling to get the payout.</p>
