Unnecessary threatening SMS's for Debit Order
why is my mother receiving threatening SMS's regarding her policy that it will labse yet her due date is on 30th and you keep threatening her unnecessary to debit on the 15th, where is she suppose to get money on the 15th? she received her pension on 30 and Dec is already paid can you people fix this to the necessary date, her details are available upon request
